Founded in 2011, our company is driven by a shared passion for the building industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional projects to the community.

Guiding our efforts is Dato' Ng Kee Leen, an industry veteran with over 40 years of experience in the property and construction sector, who serves as our mentor and chairman. Dato' Ng Kee Leen's leadership and wealth of knowledge make him an invaluable asset to PERIDOT.

Under the dedicated leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. Ng Keong Wee, and Executive Director, Mr. Dave Hoong Leng Wai, along with their talented team, we continuously seek out new business opportunities and pursue them vigorously.

Our primary focus lies in three key development areas: residential, industrial, and commercial. We are committed to delivering excellence in each of these sectors, ensuring that our projects meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and the community.

Over the years, PERIDOT has successfully completed and delivered several notable projects. Among them are Creste at Puncak Jalil, Nusa Tropika at Ampang Ukay, Taman Nilam at Banting, PRIME at Axis Industrial Park Shah Alam, NUSA Series @ Taman Manggis Jaya, Banting, and MARQ Bizpark at Jalan Kapar. We are proud to have received recognition for our work, with PRIME receiving the Highly Commended award in the Industrial Development Category from the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015-2016 and MARQ Bizpark being honored as the Award Winner in the Commercial & Manufacturing Development Malaysia Category in the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023-2024.

In addition to these accolades, PERIDOT was awarded the SME100 Fast Moving Company in 2016 and the SME & Entrepreneurship Business Award in 2017/2018, acknowledging our achievements in property development.
